Hungarian Honey Bread Cookie Recipe (Mezes Pogacsa)

Here is my grandma's Hungarian Honey Bread Cookie Recipe. Me and my siblings make these cookies every year with my grandma around Christmas time. But they taste great year-round! Ingredients for the dough: 760-gram(6 cups) flour 340-gram(2.5 cups) powdered sugar 1 tsp baking soda Cinnamon and cloves to taste (around 2 tsp each) 50-gram(about 3 tbsp + 1sp) margarine 4 eggs 4 tablespoon honey Instructions to make the dough: Mix everything together in a large bowl. Keep in mind, the dough will be very sticky.  Wrap with plastic wrap and let chill in the fridge for at least an hour (this part is optional, but your cookies will turn out better if you do this). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then use lots of flour to roll out your sticky dough to about ¼ - ½ inch thick.  Cut the cookies out in whatever shapes you desire.
